Casket Sprays questions
Who usually orders the casket spray?
The immediate family, such as a spouse, children or parents, usually orders the casket spray. If you're not sure, ask the funeral director or call us and a designer will help.
How far ahead should I order a casket spray?
As early as you can, ideally a day or more before the service. For a same-day need, call (510) 369-0502 and we'll make every reasonable effort.
A note on funeral and memorial orders: Always call the funeral home directly to confirm the service date, time and location. Obituary and service information changes, and sometimes it's printed incorrectly. If you need help sorting it out, call us at (510) 369-0502. We have great working relationships with funeral homes throughout the Bay Area, and we always verify service details before we deliver. Real florists have an ethical responsibility to protect their customers' expectations, and we take that seriously.
