Cypress Lawn Flowers for Services and Visits
Cypress Lawn brings together chapel ceremonies, graveside committals, mausoleum visits and columbarium remembrances across a large historic memorial park. We route each arrangement to the specific destination supplied with the order rather than treating 94014 as the final stop.
Some services begin at 8:00 or 9:00 in the morning. Our first Colma run carries time-sensitive chapel and committal pieces, while a later run serves afternoon gatherings and personal visits to a resting place.

How Cypress Lawn Deliveries Are Routed
BloomFresh makes two Cypress Lawn runs each delivery day, and orders placed by 1:00 PM Pacific Time may qualify for the later same-day route. At checkout, name the chapel, cemetery section and plot, mausoleum or niche, or Cypress Lawn Funeral Home, and include the service time and honoree’s name whenever they apply.
Cypress Lawn Service, Tradition & Visit Guide
Choose the guide that fits a chapel service, a family tradition, the memorial park’s flower rules or an outdoor grave visit.
Chapels and Funeral Home Deliveries
Cypress Lawn Funeral Home is on the memorial park property at 1370 El Camino Real. The official site names Noble Chapel, Tiffany Chapel and Olivet Chapel among its service spaces. Tell us the exact chapel or funeral-home destination, the start time and the honoree’s full name so the arrangement can be handed to the right staff team.
Flowers for Every Tradition
Cypress Lawn describes itself as a non-sectarian cemetery, welcoming families of many faiths and families with no religious tradition. We can design restrained white flowers, colorful celebrations, wreaths, baskets or personal bouquets when flowers are part of the remembrance. In Jewish custom, visitors often leave a small stone instead; we respect that practice and never assume flowers are wanted.
Cypress Lawn Flower Rules
Cypress Lawn permits fresh or artificial flowers in approved lawn vases at all times, with no more than two additional floral containers at one grave and decorations no taller than 12 inches. Glass, tin cans, plastic bottles and other unapproved containers are not allowed. Fresh-cut and artificial flowers may also be placed at mausoleum crypts and columbarium niches in approved vases, provided they do not extend into adjoining spaces. Rules may change; contact the Cypress Lawn office for current flower rules before a special display.
Visiting the Grave: Flowers That Hold Up Outdoors
For an outdoor placement, compact arrangements with sturdy stems and a low profile handle wind better than tall, top-heavy designs. Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries, winter holidays, Lunar New Year and Qingming can all bring families back to the grounds. Add the campus, section and plot whenever possible, and choose flowers that fit the family’s own tradition.
A Garden Cemetery Since 1892
Cypress Lawn was founded in 1892 as a garden cemetery south of San Francisco. Its official history credits Hamden Holmes Noble and a group of civic-minded founders, while the East Campus account describes a classical landscape of rolling ground, broad roads, imported trees and lakes. Today the memorial park includes historic chapels, indoor and outdoor mausoleum choices, columbarium niches and an on-site funeral home.

Cypress Lawn Delivery Questions
Open a question for Cypress Lawn-specific guidance.
Can BloomFresh deliver for an 8:00 or 9:00 AM Cypress Lawn service?
Yes. Place the order the day before when possible and include the chapel or funeral home, service time and honoree’s name. Our early Colma route is built for time-sensitive funeral work.
What information helps a driver reach the right Cypress Lawn destination?
For a ceremony, provide the building or chapel, the start time and the funeral home. For a personal visit, add the campus, cemetery section and plot, mausoleum, crypt or niche details that you have.
Can you deliver directly to Cypress Lawn Funeral Home?
Yes. The funeral home is on the Cypress Lawn property at 1370 El Camino Real. Include the service name and time so staff can direct the flowers appropriately.
Which flower containers does Cypress Lawn permit at graves?
Use approved lawn vases. The published rules allow fresh or artificial flowers, limit a grave to two additional floral containers and prohibit glass or improvised containers such as cans, bottles and jars.
May flowers be placed at a mausoleum crypt or columbarium niche?
Yes. Cypress Lawn allows fresh-cut or artificial flowers in approved vases at crypts and niches. Keep the arrangement within its own memorial space so neighboring fronts remain clear.
What if our family does not use flowers for remembrance?
We follow the family’s wishes. For example, many Jewish visitors place a small stone instead of flowers. If flowers are not customary, no floral delivery is needed.
Two careful Colma routes for Cypress Lawn services, remembrances and return visits.
