1. Same-Day Delivery Cutoff
BloomFresh proudly offers same-day flower delivery when orders are placed by 1 PM local delivery time.
2. Delivery Time Requests
As a general rule, BloomFresh does not guarantee specific delivery times, with the exception of funeral-related services. For most non-sympathy flower orders, we deliver throughout the normal business day, generally from 9 AM to 5 PM for business deliveries and from 8 AM to 6 PM for residential deliveries.
You may request AM or PM delivery as a preference, and we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, it is not a guarantee.
We generally prioritize deliveries by occasion, beginning with funeral service deliveries, followed by business deliveries, and then home or residential deliveries. This priority system helps us deliver flower orders in a timely and reliable way.
That being said, if you are in a pinch and need our help, just call us and speak to one of our family floral designers. We will do our best to help with any flower delivery situation whenever possible.
3. Funeral Orders
If you have just been made aware of a wake, visitation, memorial service, celebration of life, or funeral and are worried about time, simply contact us as soon as possible. We understand that funeral flowers and sympathy flowers are often unexpected and time-sensitive, and we will make every reasonable effort to get flowers to the service or to the primary family's home as quickly as possible, either the same day or the next day.
Keep in mind, family florists are real people who want to help customers in any way we can, just like real service used to be.
4. Weather & Safety Delays
During severe weather, including snow, ice, storms, natural events, road closures, or other conditions beyond our control, flower deliveries may be delayed until it is safe for drivers and recipients. Whenever possible, we will communicate important delivery updates.
5. Recipient Contact Information
This is super important. Most flower delivery address mistakes are completely avoidable. Providing an accurate cell phone number for the recipient is strongly recommended. Most people these days do not answer phone numbers that are not in their contacts list, and that is why we often use text communication with customers and delivery recipients.
In some situations, we may contact the recipient directly by phone or text message to coordinate a successful delivery, confirm availability, or help avoid delivery delays.
